This Site constitutes a work of which APTimum is the author within the meaning of Articles L. 111.1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. The design and development of the site were carried out by APTimum Formation Développement (“AFD”).
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences with or without sound, and all works integrated into the site are the property of APTimum or of third parties who have authorized APTimum to use them.

The user is authorized to accept the TAU and to assume the obligations arising from them. Consequently, the user uses the Site at their sole and full responsibility and agrees to comply with the provisions herein, the rules governing activity on the Site, and all applicable laws and regulations relevant to their use of the Site or related activities.
Content provided by the user (content or any other element they submit, upload, make available to APTimum, or access via the Site) must not:
- contain viruses, spyware that could damage the Site, slow down its operation, or generally impair its functionality,
- be false, inaccurate, or misleading,
- be improperly acquired or infringe on third-party rights,
- violate applicable laws and codes,
- contain harassing, harmful, defamatory, violent, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable content, or be contrary to public decency or human dignity, or the protection of minors,
- damage the internal and external brand image of APTimum.
Article 6 (continued): Limitation of Liability
Information and services accessible via the Site are provided « as is ». Errors or omissions may occur. APTimum provides no warranties, explicit or implied, and assumes no liability regarding the use of such information, services, or the Site.
The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their use of the Site, its information, and services and recognizes that neither APTimum Conseil nor any of its subsidiaries shall be held liable for direct or indirect damages, including material damage, intangible harm, data or program loss, or financial loss, resulting from access or use of the Site or linked sites, including interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Site or any of its elements. The site’s content is presented with no guarantee of any kind, which the user expressly acknowledges.
APTimum may, as deemed necessary, take appropriate measures regarding the user’s access and/or use of the Site and its services, and the content provided by the user. In particular, APTimum may suspend, limit, prohibit access to the Site (in whole or in part) without notice or compensation if the user engages in unlawful or prohibited activities under the TAU. The provisions of this article remain in effect even after the termination or expiration of the TAU.
Article 7: Suspension or Interruption of Access
APTimum may, at any time, limit or suspend, temporarily or permanently, your access to http://www.aptimum.fr in the event of:
- a breach on your part of the TAU, without prejudice to other rights held by the company,
- technical issues related to the infrastructure supporting the site’s operation.
In the event of permanent interruption, you agree to promptly destroy any copies of the Site and/or its content.
Article 8: Governing Law
These terms are governed by French domestic law. The language of the terms is French. In case of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.

APTimum reserves the right to modify and update access to the Site as well as the TAU at any time. These changes and updates are binding on the user, who must therefore regularly refer to this section to review the applicable TAU.
