• damage the internal and external brand image of APTimum.

Article 6 (continued): Limitation of Liability
Information and services accessible via the Site are provided « as is ». Errors or omissions may occur. APTimum provides no warranties, explicit or implied, and assumes no liability regarding the use of such information, services, or the Site.

The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their use of the Site, its information, and services and recognizes that neither APTimum Conseil nor any of its subsidiaries shall be held liable for direct or indirect damages, including material damage, intangible harm, data or program loss, or financial loss, resulting from access or use of the Site or linked sites, including interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Site or any of its elements. These terms are governed by French domestic law. The language of the terms is French. In case of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
